About us

Being a Year 6 class of 32 children, we are learning to become independent learners together.

Navigating different relationships, learning and experiences together.

At the start of the year, we decided we wanted to create a fun but calm environment or our learning while working towards our KS2 SATS.

We love reading and sharing the books that we like with our peers and adults.

You will often find a cuddly toy also joining in reading in our comfy book corner.

We look forward to all the exciting opportunities and responsibility that Year 6 brings including our residential visit to Little Canada!

We want to treat others how we wanted to be treated. So we promise to:

Listen while others are talking and raise our hands if we want to talk - don't shout out.
Show respect to and share our equipment.
Keep our hands and feet to ourselves - don't be physical.
Always try our hardest - showing a growth mind set through resilience and perseverance.
Show love by being kind.
Be helpful - especially helping others if they look down.
Have the courage to ask our peers or the adults for help.
